Did I tell you that on the day HP7 was released, I drove by the local Barnes and Noble after going to a late showing of "Hairspray" with my family. There was a LONG butt line waiting to get in to purchase the book. I just laughed then when I walked into our friendly neighborhood Wally World to see a HUGE stack of said Harry Potter book sitting right near the entrance. Plus, NO line...and about five bucks cheaper then what B&N had it at. Now, waiting in line for movies that have just come out is one thing..but why would I want to wait in a long line when I could just walk in and grab the book and pay, all within five minutes. So what did I do?? Me, the person that hasn't read any of the books since the first book? I grabbed a copy and purchased the book, thinking it'd be a hoot to have purchased it on the day it came out and then be able to drive by those peeps sitting in the cold waiting for there copy...but I didn't do that last part..and the book is sitting on my shelf. I've been told I should read the sixth book and then the seventh since they are so fantastic. Anyways..that's my Harry Potter story..see you soon!
Someone just e-mailed me a PDF version of the entire book this morning. I'm not saying who, but I will say this: mysterious Asian connections are the bomb. Speaking of, it came with a Word file: the as-yet-unreleased (I think) Chinese version.
