gainfully employed!
so, without further ado: I got a job, a kickbutt amazing job with awesome benefits, 4 weeks of vacation and lots o' travel!! yay!! now i have to send out the vibes to sonya. and sonya, i have to say i think you have a bright future designing a new island chain for dubai. we have a palm, we have the world...all you need is a great gimmick that looks good from a satellite.
entertainment update--blades of glory: hysterical!! planet earth: the most amazing nature documentary ever. special on 1200 pound man who hasnt been able to move off his bed in 5 years: didn't eat much today and exercised for 90 minutes.

yay! so happy to hear about your job! now use some of that vacation time and come visit me :)
i'm taking your advice and trying to think up a biggest, tallest, bestest project that will wow dubai... i'll keep you posted.
Congrats Julie! So what kind of work will you be doing? Any travels taking you north? I might be down there for parts of june, july, and maybe sept.
And yes, the planet earth on Discovery is awesome- Did you see the caves one- just makes me want to go out spelunking.
And speaking of Will Ferrel, check out Stranger than Fiction, just a damn good movie.
